Returns & Exchanges

At Kate Quinn, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code for printer-less drop-off at participating locations.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
